Who do you think will/needs to take the next step for the Bombers in 2013?

I think it is time for Dempsey to stand up and do something. Has struggled with injury but can definitely play and with Goddard coming into the team now is the perfect time for Dempsey to move onto a wing.

I think that Zaharakis, Stanton, Ryder and Hurley (Carlisle depending on pre-season) could all become truly elite players this season as well.

I think Belly will improve again and play every game unless injured  showed really good signs late last season when the team was falling apart

don't think Stanton will get much better unless he can get back to his form at of 2012 and maintain it

Zaharakis already a gun when fit

Dempsey stepped up in some games last year prob needs another pre season for fitness

nobody seems to rate Hardingham on here but he is a gun will only improve

love Ben Howlett's work hope he can stay injury free being trained to play like Watson

Davey and Jetta best lift there games or they will lose there spots to the likes of Winderlich, O'Brien and Zaharakis who will line up in the forwards now due to Goddard being a permanent mid
start of 2012 season most players were doing well but injuries put everyone under to much pressure

Capper

Stanton stepped up in the beginning of last year but faded badly. If Hurley can stay injury free i think he is the next person to step up. But needs to be injury free

Scott Gumbleton.
He finally looks to have got his body right, re signed with Essendon despite offers from elsewhere and will get a full pre season in at long last. Needs to have a big year

Forgot Myers.

We've drafted a pack of HBFers so if he shouldn't ever need to line up down back again.

Showed what he could become against Sydney this year, just needs to get his body right...

NOB made it home first in the 2km time trial -- Ahead of Stanton.

No mean feat. Might get some mid minutes this year, kid is an absolute jet.

I love you Nick. :-*

nice one, i reckon he might go ahead of Davey/Jetta if they don't lift

Melksham needs to.

Myers will, think he has potential to play stantons role, but better. Dont like him down back.

I want Myers to step up as an inside mid

Howlett has been improving over the past three years which should continue

Melksham needs to step up or else he'll become a list clogger for a few years like Lonergan and Riemers were.

Carlisle is steadily improving, I would love him to take on a bit more responsibility
