Ken Hinkley has refused to guarantee that Dom Cassisi will still be skipper of the Power next year, with "young midfielders Brad Ebert and Travis Boak are considered most likely to lead if Cassisi's reign ends."

Who do you think will be skipper of your club next year?

Personally I think that Brad Ebert is the perfect candidate for it, he looks like he has great leadership skills, however it might play against him that he'll only be in his second year at the club.

What do you think?

Agree with you, Brad Ebert would be my chocie closely followed by Boak and Hartlett

Having another Ebert as captain can only be a good thing for Port.

Actually Hartlett did wear the Captain's armband in London last weekend, so he is another potential candidate.

I think any of these young blokes would make good leaders, but Ebert's qualities seem exceptional so I think he definitely deserves it.

It would have to be between Hartlett and Ebert, you would think. Unless captaincy was an incentive for Boak to stay put at Port.

Boak and Ebert are great players, but I don't think ready yet (Boak was very close to leaving, Ebert just had his break-out). Cassisi is surely the logical captain for next year while those 2 develop

Grazz

Tend to agree with ossie here leave it as is for another year or two.

I would still like to see Cassisi as captain possible sharing the captaincy with one of Hartlett, Ebert, Boak or Trengrove and when Cassisi retires we already have one player who has had experience captaining sides on occasions.

+1 this would be the best option, ease the guy into it and give them a taste and see how they cope with the extra media stuff and leadership duties, makes alot of sense.
