This is all speculation as m0nty hasnt announced anything regarding adding more mods.  Yes, we may need more mods but the decision doesnt stop with us.

Thats my point - m0nty doesnt have to announce anything.  He is ultimately in charge so its completely up to him what he wishes to do.

I don't think m0nty would air it for all to see, there wouldn't be a vote for members to decide, he would drop a few quiet PM's and ask individuals how they feel about taking up a mod post if he feels more are required. In saying that i'm sure he'd be interested to know we all agree here that the current mods need some help.

but you cant send PMs to m0nty, how does he even know if more mods are required if he hasnt been looking at the feedback section of the forum??

why not ask in the coaches board who would be interested it's a very quick way to narrowing down who is not interested and who is would save mOnty time also
