Hit me Jroo!!! Check my team thread for reasoning on players

Salary cap left: $71,000.

Brendon Goddard, Beau Waters, Bryce Gibbs, Hamish Hartlett, Jack Grimes, Cameron Pedersen
Jackson Thurlow, Brent Staker

Scott Pendlebury, Marc Murphy, Brent Stanton, Luke Ball, Jake Stringer, Oliver Wines, Brad Crouch, Tom Mitchell
Jaeger O'Meara, Jack Viney

Todd Goldstein, Matthew Leuenberger
Brodie Grundy, Liam McBean

Lance Franklin, Nic Naitanui, Taylor Walker, Tom Rockliff, Dale Thomas, Nathan Bock
Joe Daniher, Brent Macaffer
Nice team Jay.
Backline is very good! 5 guns and Pedersen, who I believe can become a gun!
Your midfield is a little weak, only 3 premiums In Pendles, Murphy and Stanton. Leaving out GAJ, is risky as well. Ball is a good chocie though and all the your rookie chocies are good.
Rucks look good, but I would trade McBean to someone else is there is about 5% chance he will get game time this year. He is 202cms and only 84kgs so he will be given time to develope.
Forwards are very good, all guns and rookies are good too!
Nice team Jay, every line is VERY strong besides your midfield, but the midfield is normally the most important.
I rate it a 8/10
Thanks JROO, love your thoughts :)

I'm aware that mids are the weakest but I also see it is as the line where the rookies will go up in huge dollars and make trading for premiums easier. I remember 2 years back the winner of SC had like 2 premiums in the midfield, and this draft is similar, lots of gun rooks.

Only chose Mcbean just for a R/F link :)

Backs: Very solid. 4 guns and Pedersen and good rookie chocies there.
Mids: very good midfield. A lot of guns in there and some unique chocies in Selwood and Fyfe which I like. Very good rookie chocies also.
Rucks: Nothing wrong, there pretty good
Fwds: Like your forwards. 4 guns and with a lot of DPPs I would get a mid/fwd in the midfield for added flexibility. Rookies are good up forward as well.
Nice team Roti, I rate it a 8.5/10 and isnt far off a 9!

Backs: very good, I like it. 4 guns and Bock and Pedersen will become keepers. Rookies are good and should make some $$$!
Mids:  is good, four guns and I like Ball and your rookie chocies, especially Jones. He is 25 and will get games.
Rucks: Solid and looks similair to most teams.
Fwds: Forwards are also very good. Pav and Walker will be good uqniue picks and LeCras and Varcoe will become keepers, hopefully. Good rookie picks, Lee will get games and Maccaffer will too.
Nice work SS, I rate it a 8.5/10

I will just be rating your changes
Backs: Hartlett is better than Heppell, so that's a win.
Mid: Varoce is replaced by Penldes and that's a MASSIVE loss there.
Rucks: Nic Nat replaces Mummy, which is a small win.
Fwds: Thomas and Cox replace Stevie J and Zaha. Proabably a draw here.
I would say your teams still a 8.5/10

Popey99

Ok mate, but keep in mind the Nic Nat/Rowe/Cox DPP thing I got going there. As well as the fact that Thomas averaged 6 more than Zaha and has, what I believe, a much higher ceiling, as well as Cox averaging 14 more than Stevie J. I reckon that's a win there...

Backs: Solid backline there, your four guns should be the top four defenders next year. Rookie chocies are good.
Mids: They are ok. Very unique with Lids, Juds and Selwood. Risky leaving out GAJ. Midfield rookies are very good.
Rucks: Solid ruckmen, but nearly every teams ruck line looks like that
Nice team, I would rate it a 8/10.

Yeah the DPP, will be ha dy. Zaha didn't have a good finish to the season and had some low scores due to injury. So it's a draw there. Cox will defintley be on the decline this year and don't be surprised to see his average drop by 5-10. Stevie J had a quite year by his standards and will improve next year .

Just letting everyone know that I will be locking the thread until the new prices and postions are released. It should come out around the 17th of December. Thanks
