Early declaration.

Yep. He's still a knob
Got Amla and Smith before tea.

I'd say it was a good call. :P

I doubt they'd want Watson as our 4th seamer, probably want to give him as few overs as possible to try and minimise the injury risk. :-\

I don't think they'll drop Lyon, they picked him in Brisbane on a seamers wicket and I wouldn't be surprised to see them do it again. Pattinson looked to be moving pretty freely when he was batting, so we know what those scans from Yesterday showed? Might not be as serious as we first thought. :-\

If he's not ready in comes Starcy I guess.
The Channel 9 team said that he's out for the summer. :-\ And i agree with you on the Watson point, less overs the better. :)

Well...I guess Starc will get an opportunity now. Will be interesting to see how Starc works with Hilfy and Siddle. Always wanted Starc to come in for one of Patto/Siddle because I thought they were too similar but because they were bowling well wasn't looking likely...

Will be interesting to see what Mitch adds.

You serious? Was a great declaration, showed aggression and the game was being played on our terms. Also allowed us to have a bowl at them before tea, and look how that payed off!

Not sure what more this man can do to make everyone happy. 5-double tons in a year?

yeah agreed it is pretty sad. Great captain, is always aggressive and takes initiative. Is also the best batsman in the world at the moment and anyone that argues differently just has to look at the 2012 stats and they will be proven wrong. Flawless fieldsman and handy bowler.

Great catch by Cowan.

Will Hazzlewood come in to replace Pattison in the 12?? Starc to play for Patio in Perth.

Even the commentators are getting annoyed with the amount of chat from Wade.

usually its a bowler as 12 th man so you have a strong outfielder.

Although Quiney is good in close (slips, gully mid wicket)

how good is JEff??

They talk that thing up so much. Jeff is an Arm Ball, it's just that Australia have no other variation in their spinners they had to change the name of a usual change-up ball. That's how i see it anyway. :)
