James is doing the same as last year, which is great, but its the same... Durant has elevated and i think is ahead right now

James is still better but yeah that's the problem James has set a high bar he can't really do much to surprise us. He pulls out a 30 point 10 rebound 10 assist game and we say good game. He goes 25 6 6 and people ask why he was off for the night
yep bang on Holz, just a matter of how they view Durants progression against James' standard as to who takes the hardware...

Rekn LeBron is back in the lead after his recent run of efficiency...

Think TP deserves a spot in the poll. Plus can you add the 'remove vote' poll - my vote lies with Rondo atm :P

Cicjose

Durant was terrible against the Heat......

you would think head to head's would have some effect on voting

Aye... General Consensus is he has won his 4th

Who picked Lebron?

When your the best player in the world easy you need to get the award. Will get the three peat next yer. I still say this should be his 5th straight.

This award puts him up there with names like kareem Jordan etc..

To me he is in the top 10 now, what he does from here on will determine how high he finishes. Another ring and finals MVP will help.

no love for Melo :(

Will be interesting to see who comes second. Maybee next year they do a most valuable player not named lebron of the year award

Jay

Melo is a hack :P especially when he finishes game 6 leading his team on a 10-2 run ::)

Lebron won't win it next year and will never be in MJ category

There will only be one MJ, Kobe, LBJ ect. Each are unique.
