I reckon gold coast will surprise a lot of people this year, I expect big things from them. Maybe not finals, but I reckon they'll finish 10-12.

Looks like you will be proven wrong big time in 6 months... Put my life on it GC will be bottom 4. Along with GWS. The other 2 will come from two of Port, Melb and Bulldogs.

Going out on a limb there, picking the same bottom 5 as in 2012.

Well yeah??? They were down there for a reason weren't they? Im not going to pick sides that won't be in the bottom 5.. That would be stupid wouldn't it?

Assuming things won't change isn't the wisest thing to do. This time last year people were saying the Crows were going to be bottom 5. When is the last time that the bottom 5 was the same two years in a row? NEVER!

Ah don't know anyone who said that. When they were pencilled in 8 wins already to begin with.. played gws, gc and port all twice. then plus bulldogs and melb were sure things. So no idea where your pulling that BS from. Where is your source to say that the bottom 5 hasnt been the same before? You"re full of it!

Go find some credible information and get back to us with a response. Cheers.

There you go. Plenty of people have the Crows in the bottom 5. They were atrocious in 2011 despite having a reasonably good list and were no certainties to turn it around, especially under an untried coach. It's easy to say that Port were going to be one of the easy teams and the Crows would rise now that it has already happened. What if Dangerfield did his knee instead of Robbie Gray and Hartlett had the breakout season that he is capable of? Did you know the Crows wouldn't have any injures? Did you expect Talia to improve so much while Butcher went backwards? Adelaide were no certainties to beat Port, or anyone.

The facts are my source. Look at the last 10 years.

2012 - GWS, GC, Melb, WB, PA
2011 - GC, PA, BL, Adel, Melb
2010 - WC, Rich, Ess, Bris, Melb
2009 - Melb, Rich, NM, Freo, Syd
2008 - Melb, WC, Freo, Port, Ess
2007 - Rich, Carl, Melb, WB, Ess
2006 - Carl, Ess, NM, Bris, PA
2005 - Carl, Coll, Haw, Ess, Rich
2004 - Rich, Haw, WB, Coll, Adel
2003 - WB, Carl, Melb, Rich, Geel

Happy now? Need me to go back 50 years?

The bottom 5 have been the same as the year before, but that was when there was only 5 teams in the competiton.

Good to see you put in som serious effort, really did't expect that. But this year i seriosuly believe they will be the bottom 5 again. The other sides are all a chance for the 8 and improving. Besides Stkilda who will go back slightly.

Well, we got West Coast seriously wrong :P

Ditch them and put a Port in front of the Adelaide and we got the top 8 teams right however.

Vinny

My boys really reached their expectations didn't they.. ::)

TeeJay

Well we don't know much now do we :P
