This still leaves 3 to be delisted/not renewed so that we can take our mandatory 3 picks at the draft

Current expired contracts: Ibbo, Crichton, Faulks and Roberton
Jack Anthony is a chance to be delisted and his final year paid out

after the year Jack had surely he will be one of the 3
Easy decision

Apparently Jack is on $300k a season - so its not that easy..... That being said I think we should delist Jack

Sureky he should be charged with theft, no way is he worth that. Bit hard to trade him also

I think its to do with the fact he was worth something when he was traded, but has failed to expand on his Dockers career

Wouldn't have thought that Ibbo would leave although Danyle Pearce didnt didnt help him. A few year time when McPhee and Johnson leave Ibbo will be valuable

Ibbo and D Pearce will play different roles IMO.  Ibbo is in the back half where as you want Pearce on the opposite wing to Hill.  Having Hill and Pearce delivering the ball to the forwards is very tasty.

if that works, your boys will be dangerous!  :o

D Pearce isnt going to be tagged at Freo like he was at Port so that will be a nice change for him.  If he is tagged then that will free up Hill who normally cops the tag.

I can see Chrichton and Anthony being delisted but not Faulks.Given an injury free year I can see him being a good back up defender for us.
Not sure who the third one will be though.Maybe it turn out to be Dylan Roberton because he wats to return home and there couldn't be a trade made.

This makes me very excited for next year Valk. Can't wait to see both these boys hitting Pav lace out

As a Collingwood supporter the person in charge of recruiting Anthony to Freo should be sacked. Seriously I know it didn't cost a trade but it really wouldn't have taken much due diligence to assess his actual capability. That it inevitably turned out like it did at total costs of $500-600k is complete incompetance.

The old threads on Jack forecast this, but can you imagine what difference a developing player on this coin could have made to Freo in the finals? It is nothing against Jack, Freo or anyone else, its just incompetence makes me angry.  >:(

Agree Cruise, one dimensional players have no place in modern AFL anymore.
