we might rookie list him, truth is we had to make room for new draftees and elevations so there were going to be some surprise delistings

Problem being we have a few of his type and he happened to be the one that (supposedly) offered the least. Still hope we bring him back onto the RL though, or at the very least is given another shot elsewhere.
