Crows have a good run here, not as generous as last year but we play both the grand finalists at home and not away, Collingwood on a Friday night at the G, and the Bombers to open the season. Only one Saturday night game for the season though, which I find a bit odd

Very good draw for the second year running for the crows.
Was considered the 4th easiest on the AFL website

Tominator

and you would think that the last game could be on a Friday night too, given its in Perth... the Crows would want as big a break as possible, especially if they have to fly interstate in the first week of finals

For those wondering the pdf is here.

Another really cruisey draw for Adelaide. That first 5 weeks looks pretty good, not playing any teams that made the 8 this year with 3 games in Adelaide.

Ringo

But you go to the Gabba graveyard for round 2 where we have a good record over the Crows.

What I'm wondering is how Adelaide keep getting such easy draws despite finishing in the top 2 this year. The 2012 draw would have been an aberration if it wasn't repeated in 2013 despite the rise on the ladder.

Mailman the 2nd

And of course the easy draw comes out again.

Why does Adelaide only have to face the top 4 of 2012 only 3 times where as Sydney, Hawthorn and Collingwood all have to do it 5 times.

Maybe they are being kind to the rest of the top 4 in the fact they only have to play Adelaide once, so that is only one loss for them instead of the 2 it would be if they played them twice? :P

And then look at Norths and the Bulldogs draw to see the opposite. We don't make the draw though, so i guess we have to accept it and move on.

It is interesting how the first month is a blockbuster, the best play the best. Port have Melbourne, GWS, GC and Adelaide in their opening month, an outisde shot at being 4-0 yet still in no position to make the 8. :-\

Thats not bad at all. Was expecting a much tougher one for you boys after the 'easier' one this year. You'd have to be happy with this
