You guys are making me reminisce about my high school experiences. I didn't do too badly in my Year 12 exams back in the day, got 93/100 in one of them (Natural Resource Management lol). Got the shower moderated out of me though because I went to a lousy school. :'(

Here's a few memories that stick out -

Never went on to do Maths in Year 12, mainly due to the spectacular incompetence of our teacher the previous year. I remember she got in a huge fight with the class once because as part of an equation she had written 1/2=60%, we tried to tell her it was 50% but she cracked it and refused to acknowledge it was wrong. ::)

I started a poker craze in the final year. Five card stud with a 10 cent ante. At it's height we would have 8 tables set up with 4-6 players plus maybe a dozen more people who were just spectating. The fact this was all going on next to other classrooms meant the noise often alerted teachers who would storm in and drag away kids that were meant to be in their class. Sometimes the pots got up to $10 or $15 so understandably we all started cheating (mostly stacking decks, marking cards or hiding aces under the table) and it all died down after a couple of months.

I remember one time a bunch of the boys had a free lesson so they drew up a table on the blackboard where they could mark off who had done what with girls (kissing, copping a feel, oral etc. etc.) When they left the room they turned the blackboard over so none of it was showing. All was forgotten until a week or so later a comotion was heard coming from the Women's Studies class....Sure enough the teacher had spun the blackboard over and well, you can imagine the reaction!

Think I absolutely flowered my extended response for Psych today  :-X

But anyway, atlease I never have to do Pyschology ever again! Happy days!  :D

I never understood research methods at all, I tried and tried to learn it but could never get my head around it. That, and I'm not a huge writer. Hopefully there's quality where there lacks quantity.

But the thought of never having to do Psych again makes me unbelievably euphoric!   ::)

Hahahaha, the end of year exam for Psych last year was screwed up as well as we spent basically no time on Research methods...

Speaking of which, my Psych exam on Friday is 50% Research methods :'(. Not to mention a unit I have to do next year (for Psych) is Research methods... T.T
