flower ya

I'm now at that point where I just don't even give a flower anymore. Bring on tomorrow.

I smashed my one yesterday, like every question I had pretty much exactly studied for and remembered what I studied - was out of there in half the time and wrote pretty lengthy responses. All the work I did for the unit was two assignments and study the exam revision slides too!

Got my last one Thursday, relatively prepared. Only a 2 hour one luckily

Pros of 6pm exams:
- get the whole day to study more so you don't forget everything from the night before
- especially good when you have an exam the day before like I did yesterday

Cons of 6pm exams:
- peak hour traffic while driving there
- shower if you have an exam the next day
- it's at flowering 6pm

Hellopplz

I started with a 6pm exam. I take public transport so got in early. It was freezing though since winter :(. Spring it should be alright. It is handy for the sleep in but much prefer 2pm exams as can sleep in and still a little time to revise without trying to remember too much. Blame the intake being so high this year, had to cater for more students :(.

I've gotta say, exam marking is quite interesting and the handwriting I've seen :P.

First exam tomorrow, 8am start so I'll be chasing a 6am train from my station - loving the no license due to medical reasons lyfe.

Does anybody else have one lecturer who you never seem to score well with? I swear my highest assessment grade with him has been about a 58 across like 4 units, while my total average is like a 65 and I'm usually scoring easily above that recently. Very suspicious...

Continued: My four results last semester (as in the one just ended) were 81, 75, 70, and 52.
Semester before that 70, 67, 62, and 56
Semester 2 2014 were 68, 64, 60, and 56
And Semester 1 2014 were 65, 61, 56, and 50 (after a supp)

Same lecturer for the lowest score each semester (I didn't have him semester 1 2015) :/ average 67% without him there compared to 53.5% with him...

Pretty happy with a HD and two Ds this semester tho :D

PowerBug

I got a D and 3 low Ps lol. Survived supps by like 2% :P
Leader of the King Karl Amon fan club
Coach of WXV side Rio De Janeiro Jaguars
2023 SC: Rank 126

Didn't even realize results came out today :P

2 Cs and a D, basically what I expected

Nige

Think mine drop on Thursday, so still waiting.

Stressing over one result which I feel is make or break.

Just got an email (probably sent to all students though) regarding NF results which are basically an interim fail but gives you a chance to complete a supplementary assessment to pass. I hope it doesn't come to that.

GoLions

Good luck Nigey, can't say I've ever received one of those emails though :-X (although I have failed a unit before and didn't get an email like that as well anyway)

Nige

Yeah, so apparently it was sent to everyone. Didn't like the timing though.  :P

Hellopplz

Did well so far in Honours. Better than expected in 1 subject, worse than expected in another (but both ended with 71) and then a HD for my other one which basically all the Honours students received cause the lecturer was a lenient marker and also cause I saved a copy of the 2014 exam before it was deleted, which happened to be the exam we had :P.

Also got solid student evaluations for my subject so may have a job next sem as well 8).

Ziplock

straight distinctions

the 84 burns my soul though.

Hellopplz

Yeah, shame on that HD for ruining the streak of Ds :-X.
