Have a group/pair assignment for an off-campus unit (lecturer allocates groups) due in 3 days, 14 hours, and 20 minutes.

Girl I've been paired with hasn't replied to my email from last Tuesday or yesterday so have no idea what parts of the assignment to do :/

Have done 175 words of the introduction (essay total is 2000, plus presentation) so far and chosen 2 of the 3 journal articles we need to review, hopefully can get this sorted...

So... Finally met my course co-ordinator today and it turns out that I'm not finishing mid year after all. While I've done (and am doing) all the required units for my major and minors, turns out I still need to do 3 more units which will have to be done semester two this year. They're all electives though, so at least I'm not really restricted in choosing the remaining ones.

Electives are great, get the no-exam electives and your life is a joy

I legit can't find the unit descriptions that they used to list anywhere on the Uni website now so I've got no way of telling what the unit is about or anything like that.

I've got first year Digital Journalism and Sociology units added, tryint o decide between Geography (the unit title sounds majorly dry), Drama (kinda don't want to because I've had enough of the performance bullshower ahaha), Politics (#auspol) or Philosophy (already done a Philo unit before, was dead easy).

Definitely in for a very exciting final semester of Uni with units titled Ethics and Law in the Digital World, Contemporary Society and Change, and Theories of Human Nature.

Luckily she emailed me last night and we got everything we each need to do sorted, I'm most of the way through my part atm with like 28 hours left.

I am in the final 6 weeks of my masters and my life is so flowered...

The best way to explain it is to say I feel like im in a cave and im trying to climb out, but everytime i get to the top and take a breathe of fresh air, the walls crumble and I fall back down.

Gotta love it around Week 5 and onwards of every semester of uni when you get hit with a flowertonne of assignments :P

Plus, the dreaded parent teacher interviews are headed my way this week, and I'm expected to attend almost precisely when teams are named ! >:(
But hey, if that's my biggest school related issue I've got it easy I reckon

Man thats dog! Surely you can just sit there on your phone while parent and teacher talks yeah  ;) ;)

Speaking of parent/teachers, got "Interview Requested" on the report card for music despite A for achievement and A for effort  :-\

Speaking of parent/teachers, got "Interview Requested" on the report card for music despite A for achievement and A for effort  :-\

Some teachers do that for all their students so they actually come to the interview haha, don't worry about it man. I had that for a teacher once and all they said was that I was doing great and should keep doing what I was doing :)

I'm actually getting off rather lightly for assignments atm, had 1 1/2 due last week (pair assignment and this other one that he gave us all an extra week on so was done with plenty of time) and one due next week but other than that nothing really.

All my classes has a week 13 assignment tho ;_;

Also, went for 2300 and 2200 words on 2000-word reports that were due last week. I'm impressed with that :3 without any bullshower to extend the wordcount too!

Two due tomorrow which I'll have to finish before I leave at 1pm (for class at 3pm, mfw) and another to do by Wednesday because my group says so (mfw group leader but hardly running the show). The worst bit about the second is that we're not presenting until Week 8 and this is Week 6.

Got another due Week 7 I think it is, so I'll have to start that at some point. I don't even know what I have to do for that one tbh.

Hahaha amen to that. Had the exact same scenario, including wearing school uniform and everything. Absolutely hated it.
