8/4 split you mean with the mid-sem break separating them? I know that feel as Monash had our semester at a 9/3 split which was bad as well. What uni do you go to Atto?

Yeah mate. Flinders in Adelaide.

What you studying there? Likewise at Adelaide it was 8/4. THe 8 went forever and the 4 was annoying because the end of the year is almost upon us.

Haha amen to that. Studying BA in Geography and Environmental Studies. I had actually just transferred from UoA doing a B.Environmental Policy and Management. It was always what I wanted to do but when I got there, it wasn't what I expected.

Got told recently that my first exam (people do it at different times, idk why) that it is the equivalent to a Year 9 English test lol

So in my two exams this year I need 7.5% and 18.75% to pass each unit. Very happy and surprised to be in this position :D

Had my first one today and here's how it went:

> 15 minutes later
> Fire alarm
> Everyone bangs head on desk
> Follow "procedure"
> Supervisor not even sure what she's meant to be doing
> Firetrucks arrive
> Check the place
> We hang around for like 20 minutes
> Fireman says we can go back in
> Exam resumes

But in other news I'm expecting a credit for the exam, which probably means I'll only just pass. :P

Nah there wasn't but it was 15 minutes into it, the info would have been useless in comparison to the rest of the exam. Think everyone just ended up updating Facebook statuses as soon as we walked out haha

Just got an exam on the 13th and that's me done for another year.
