Aaaaaand done :D I thought I'd be scrambling Thursday night to submit it, but managed to do it all in under 2 days :P 60 hours of work and working on it since week 2 my ass

6,815 words and 24 pages, including references, contents and a cover page. Not bad.

So I'm a little flowered right now.

Got an assignment due Friday which I was going to smash out today because it's only 800 words.

However, we had to post it on a site our tutor specifically created for the assessment. It's Wordpress based and I've got an account and can't log in to it, others also had this problem so she created a Turnitin link on the LEO (the ACU student website thingo). The problem is that to submit it to LEO I'm going to have to type it in a Word doc.

I've made no secret about the troubles I've been having with my laptop recently and it's gotten even worse today. My laptop runs Windows 8, so to those familiar and unfamiliar with it, on the far right a menu with several options generally slides in from the side but that's not loading and doing so like it usually does so I can't access Word through there. The Windows button on my laptop keyboard doesn't work either, but when it does I access the menu through there but then my laptop freezes before I can scroll right and open Word.

I can't even restart my laptop either, it's driving me insane.

Managed to finally restart my laptop which seems to have worked, dodged a bullet.  8)

Oh, I worded that badly.

It takes like anywhere between 60-90 mins to get to Uni depending on the times of the bus and train. When I said three hours, that's combined travel time to and from, not one way.  :P

Smashed the 800 words out in about an hour this morning, was too easy.

Gotta compare and contrast two films (probs choosing The Shining and Taxi Driver) in regards to a bunch of films elements or something. I should probably check that.  :P

I have my first (and only) exam on Monday :/ sport flowering law, can't wait

At least he said that it's easier than the last assignment (and I scored a half-assed 60 on that), so will probably just read through all the lectures tomorrow night then cram in the revision slides Monday morning

At least I can get it over and done with early so I can have some free time to concentrate on my dating game :P
