FF's not actually distracting me believe it or not.  :o

So I haven't really done shower on my part of the group report, I really need to get it done at some point today.

Struggling big time...  :-\

I'm no expert on the matter but my solution would be to just do some work... The more you pay attention, work hard, seek help, etc. etc., the better you'll do at uni and the less of a bad time you'll have.

Yeah, I was just talking to somebody about this stuff.

Didn't have breakfast, so I'll probs just wait until 1pm and then eat lunch. After that I'll just break down what I have to do and once I achieve each increment I'll take a quick break and pump out the next bit, usually works.

I think my problem is that I haven't done academic shower in six months and the routine/rhythm isn't there. Plus I think I'm also just second guessing what I'm gonna write, because even there's no right or wrong answer to what I'm doing, I'm scared it's not gonna be the right thing (it's a part of a group report, so I'm worried they won't agree).

My friend doing a Masters Degree in Education had an 800 reflective piece on "Why they learn" and it was worth 20% of their overall mark :o.

No idea to be honest, but you can't be "wrong" in your piece as it's about yourself. I know it's how you write it but so subjective.

I've had to do reflexive pieces before, which was when you read something, discuss it and also on how you personally felt about it. Fair to say when I did that Anthropology unit, almost everybody was lost on how it would be marked.

Did a reflective piece last year. Your reflection can be pretty much anything, but you still kinda have to meet any criteria outlined for the assessment.

1000 words is honestly too little for a group report considering how much you're required to do.



This group has actually been really good, that's a first for Uni. They wanted to meet today, but I gave an excuse because I didn't wanna go in on my day off, plus it was then established that we couldn't meet because their class times made scheduling a meetup impossible.

Now have to be there at 9am tomorrow to meet them which is 4 hours before our class. Also have 4 hours of class after that, but I think I'll skip the lecture because that's too flowering long a day.  :-X

Presentation tomorrow. Haven't really got cue cards or anything because we haven't really discussed the presentation, all effort went towards the report and we never delegated parts of the presentation to work on. Plus I also haven't finished the Prezi for it, but since they want me in at 9am and class is at 1pm, I'm just gonna work on it tomorrow.

Basically going to have to wing it without notes to glance at, we'll see how that goes.
