You guys get to redo things if you fail them? Does it change your mark or do you just have to pass them so that they know that you understand the content?

although, some subjects do let you retake exams...

For Monash, when you get an overall mark between 45-49, you can take a supplementary exam in a month or two after. If you pass that, you pass the unit.

Although, pretty sure Jobe means repeat the entire unit/subject over again, which is a bugger but at least gone through the content once before :P.

At Sydney Uni some courses get concessional passes, where if you got 45-49 or something you can talk to the faculty or something

yeah so im on 40% now. and the exam is worth 40% so if I get below ten (below 50 all up) then the lecturer will let you take the exam again to pass the course, although last year my mate got 49% and the lecturer didn't tell him about the second exam and he had to do the class again haha

Haha, reminds me how when I was in year 12, right before trials boredofstudies went down and flowered heaps of people looking for easy notes :P

So before the HSC me and my friends went and downloaded notes for basically every subject our school offered, so when bos went down again (which it did), we could distribute them to our cohort.

I'm still reasonably sure the site kept getting hacked by someone to give themselves an edge in their exams :P

Haha, nah, it was the HSC finals... how everyone else goes directly influenced how I went :P
