This is why I like group work where each person is graded individually, so whoever doesn't put in the effort, they screw themselves rather than others (if you don't get a say in your group).

Group work ends up two ways for me:

a) You do 90% of the work just so you get a decent mark but get 0 sleep and all your group members get credit

b) You do your share of the work and everyone else does awful and you get a bad mark

if your group aren't pulling their weight you can always dob them into the lecturer... get them removed from the group, or it might get your mark scaled up and theirs down (depending on your lecturer)

I had a group presentation today and it went really well I think we all contributed fairly evenly and everything ran rather smoothly :) Think we are going to get a Distinction judging by the peer-assessed marks :)

Instead of failing me, Kevin (the tutor dude) was just like "if you can do it by tomorrow, that's fine"

I was like "8) Oh, okay. Too easy"

thats exactly it, its why i always go option A but try and do it with friends who i don't mind helping out.
