Science as a subject in general is lame.
Except for in year 10 science when your teacher asks you all to google "3D models of DNA" and basically all google images gives you is pictures of supermodels

I didn't find any supermodels :(

This has probably been mentioned previously but I am bringing it up again.

LECTURERS WHO TAKE FOR-FREAKING-EVER TO MARK ASSIGNMENTS >:( >:(

I can't believe it is week 8 and out of my 4 subjects, I know my mark for ONE piece of assessment so far.

Nige

Lecturers/Tutors/Teachers that don't even remotely explain an assignment and expect you to know and understand it with them barely even making mention of it until a week or two if being due.

THIS! flower!

And also when you're just chasing a simple one word answer to a question so you hit up your lecturer via email only for them to come ask you in person... NO MATE, I LIVE AND HOUR AND A HALF FROM UNI. ANSWER ME ON THE EMAIL BECAUSE I'M NOT TRAVELLING FOR 3 HOURS COMING ALL THE WAY IN FOR A 6 SECOND CONVERSATION.

Kind of the reverse happened with me.

I sent an email because I didn't want to go in. So I sat here at home, wrote a pretty lengthy email, explaining the situation and so on and so forth. It ended up being like roughly three 6-line paragraphs or thereabouts. I expected a reply detailing how things would pan out, but all I got was literally a one word question in reply...

I replied with a follow up email, again with a bit of detail because the situation was still unresolved and I was too busy with other things to go in and explain face-to-face. That email was at start of Good Friday week, still haven't had a reply. Sent another one after the Easter break and that has been replied either...

Also, some may know/remember I was doing a series of blogs. We're allowed to change topics, so I'm thinking of doing that... but I've got no idea what to do for my remaining 4...
