Although I do agree education is too expensive :P
yeah all my teachers telling me it was free in their day and then laughing at us :(
yeah but for my course, town planning, 3/4 of the slides are maps and graphs and have very little writing that isn't copied..
what course are you doing?
Ah yeah, yours does seem like most would be from a book.

I'm doing Software Engineering, in my 2nd year this year
software engineering? any good?
mine you can kinda use your imagination in projects where they give you a block of land and you have to justify, with planning, what you would put there and why it would be beneficial

Yeah it's pretty good so far, only had 1 bad unit last year called Algorithmic Problem Solving or something and the lecturer was an absolute douche who didn't know what the flower was going on. So far my course has basically been a bit of math, programming, and problem solving.

So apparently my attempt to re-enrol back in November was never confirmed.  :-X

It's well past the re-enrolment date and timetabling is on Wednesday.  ::)

Getting this message:

"LOGIN ERROR
You have authenticated, but Allocate+ does not have your enrolment details. Please contact your Student Centre."

Looks like I'll have to call them up and possibly even go in on Monday and get this shower sorted.

Haven't even gone back and the drama has already begun.  :-\
this is why you should not go to ACU :P
I've been saying that for a year now.

At this stage, if all goes to plan, I could have both Thursdays and Fridays off from Uni.  8)

Yes very rude... I average about 26 in first semester then about 21 in second haha

Nice Nigey 8). I'm expecting Wednesday and Friday off, love one day off mid week :). Even better than I have no 8am or 9am starts :D.

Ouch Brummy, know a few people who have 20+ hours a week, usually those with long labs. I'm gonna be getting like 11-13 hour weeks both semesters since my course isn't too hour intensive :P.

GoLions

I have 2-3 hour labs for all my units next semester, so looking at around 23 hours a week IIRC. Had 21 hours a week in 2nd semester last year which wasn't fun at all.
