They could make it 5,000 hours...

Still wouldn't stop dickheads from being dickheads.
tell me about it, just add rain and Sydney roads turn in to a night mare.
Dickheads will always be dickheads on the road, but in the dry you can let them be but in the wet is when they cause the nightmares

driving is actually really fun when you get up to the speed limit   :D

like when I first started I was - as most people are - pretty timid but its actually fun driving at 100 to 110 on the freeways and stuff, like I did today

Still, I wouldn't speed intentionally, especially at my age

Thursday night had about 20 of us had a couple at a mate's place then ventured into the city.

Last night, 15 of us having beers at another mate's house turned into chaos when one passed out and ended up spewing everywhere and another started jumping on the roof of a mate's car and ended up doing about $1000 of damage then passed out on the footpath about 20 minutes later.

Had a friends 18th tonight but didn't drink half as much as I did last night and didn't go out afterwards. Hopefully a quiet one on the cards tomorrow night.

61.45 as an ATAR. I was hoping for 75. Should have dropped out of school to become a pokemon trainer. Oh well, shower happens and life goes on.

pyronerd

not the worst I've seen by any means if it makes you feel better Nigey ;)

I got 90.05 :D wasn't expecting to quite get 90, so happy with that :)

Yeah well done guys. I just did one 3/4 subject this year as I'm in year 12 next year which was legal and I got 41 which I'm happy with.

great score Henry :o

highest raw I got in any subject I did was 40, so you are definitely on the right track ;)

Thanks lads, still a bit cut. I'll be right in 24 hours though.

34 in Bus Man
31 in English
29 in both Further and VCD
26 in Psych

Was hoping for high 30s - low 40s for Bus Man and English (especially considering my practice exam for English would have been like 38/39...). Also surprised by Psych, thought I might get 30-35.

The ATAR isn't high enough to even compare to any of the clearly-ins for 2012 of any of my preferences, but I did list the Diploma or Tertiary Studies at Monash (Berwick and Peninsula) as an option and that doesn't require an ATAR and is more of an alternative pathway to get into the field one wants.

Basically, I'm looking at my options now and hoping I can still get into Primary Education at ACU.

Hm, was more concerned about Team Picker opening that Atar results. Hm.  :P

Good work Pyro & Nigey.  ;)

LIES, you always wanted to beat me :P. But congratz once again Pyro, well deserved.

And bad luck Nigey, but as you said, alternative pathways are always great to get where you want to go :).

I don't have my student number or pin so I can't check my Outdoor Education study score.

I have a friend that did that in 2011 and she really enjoyed it. She is now studying Psychology like she wanted to. It'll all work out for you if you put your mind to it. Don't fell discouraged. Good luck with offers.

In a massive swerve, Nigel Saldanha plans to change his last 6 preferences to Management-related courses  :o I figured that since I did well in Business Management, I may as well put some of them down in case I end up getting into it. And besides, the scores to get into them are slightly lower too. :P That and I've been told I've got good leadership skills and could make a decent entrepreneur. ::)
