When I was a kid my life was Doctor Who, footy, and MC Lars and Hilltop Hoods.
14 now and my life is music, footy, and random other shower.
I haven't changed much in 6 years.

When I was a kid we used to tape music from the radio onto a cassette.
There was only Black and white TV
I remember sitting on the mat in Grade 2 and watched Neil Armstrong land on the moon.
Milk at recess.
Our first remote had a cord going to the TV.
George Best was my idol.
Was allowed to stay up on Friday's to watch Combat.
There was always an argument on Sunday at 6pm about watching Countdown or Walt Disney.
Played outside and used to go to the beach unsupervised and were never rewarded for doing basic things.
I used to get the cane and the strap.

When I was a kid....Wait I still pretty much am.

Anyone who says being 18 makes you a 'legitimate' adult is kidding themselves.  :P

I read an article the other day that said on average Australians still see themselves as 'kids' until around 26 years old. Reckon that's probably true, I still played up a fair bit until well into my mid 20's...

A badge of honor for us over 50's to keep being told to act your age..or..just grow up...sadly "you tool" gets added regularly.. :-\
