HISTORY:

2007 The retirements of Trent Knobel and Ray Hall opened the door for Graham who had spent 2 years developing on Richmonds rookie list. The former Assumption College student broke through for his AFL debut against Geelong in round 18, playing one further match before injuring his ankle.

2008 A broken ankle after making the senoir side in 2007 cost him the entire 2008 pre season consigning him to the VFL for the year.

2009 The young ruckmen highlighted a solid development year in 2009 with a breakout game against the Lions, racking up 19 possessions, 21 hit-outs, six tackles and a goal. Played 16 matches, effectively assuming the No 1 ruck role from Troy Simmonds.

2010 After the retirement of Troy Simmonds in mid 2010, Graham has assumed the the mantle of the Tigers No 1 ruckman. An honest competitor who tries valiantly to make it easier for the little men around him. Played the last 15 games and averaged 10.7 disposals and 19 hit-outs and was second at the club in contested marks.

2011 The determined Tiger battled gallantly when he shouldered the clubs ruck responsibilities in 14 games in 2011, despite often giving away size and strength to his opponents. Lifted his hit-out total to 23.6 a game, and could be relied upon to make a contest at ground level, where he averaged almost 5 tackles a game.

2012 Ivan Maric arrived at the Tigers and Graham only played one game for the season.

VERDICT: Adelaide have said he provides important backup for Jacobs in the ruck after losing I.Maric and K.Tippett in the last two years. Will Graham go forward to kick a few goals while playing as the second ruckman ?

PREDICTION: He cant average enough as a second ruck/forward to justify a spot in your team. He's slightly undervalued but wont make you enough cash. I think he can average 65-75 he will make some cash but not worthy of selection unless Jacobs gets injured.

Toga

Will most likely play SANFL all year. Jenkins is a better forward so gussy will simply be a reserve player to cover for an injured sauce.

Exactly what toga said, the only way he will play is if sauce gets injured

Or if Jenkins/ McKernan get injured. Yeah not for me especially with burger around the same price (in fact cheaper!)

Ajax22

Agree with the majority, I think Jacobs/Jenkins will be the starters with Graham as backup. If Sauce goes down with a long term injury it may be worth reconsidering though

Haha there's no way he'll take Sauce Jacobs' spot as #1 ruck.

tbagrocks

No JS and imo Berger and Vardy are better options at a similar price
