The lethal left footer’s run and carry of the wing will make him a handy acquisition for the Magpies next season, but not for your SuperCoach side. Young will be priced at over $400K and has never really been a premium SuperCoach scorer in the past, with 83 his highest season average.

Young averaged 76 this season from 18 games but only managed to score over a 100 3 times, with the highest score 116 against GWS so he doesn’t have a high ceiling.  He also had 7 games where he failed to score over 70 points.

Young will be fighting with the likes of Swan, Pendlebury, Beams, Thomas and Sidebottom for midfield time and they will take some SuperCoach points of him and you are better of spending a little bit extra and buying a premium midfielder.
