According to the age, young has signed a 3 year deal at the club.

Does this mean Ben Johnson will be forced to retire?

Will replace Wellingham, you would think
Johnson should be safe for next season as Young can play a variety of roles

At least when Young bangs them in long on the left to Cloke they will spin in the traditional easy to mark trajectory of a drop punt, whereas Johnson will still splay them in a helipcopter pattern forward.

I know who Travi$ would want to have the ball up field in front of him.

Trav would be very happy, perhaps it was included in his deal! That said it was no coincidence that the absence of Johnson's long floaters for much of the year hurt Cloke. He reads them better than most & rarely can the second defender get to the contest.

Let's hope Young is also hard & not just an outside player. As seen this year, they win Grand Finals.
