THIS IS CRAP! how the hell is Young rated 30 less then Pearce or Chaplin, IDC about there formula, its clear Young should have a better pick then what we got

that does go against the formula for a balanced competition though, one team loses a player in their top 5 odd, and another loses one of their fringe players, if you give equal compensations the strong clubs will get stronger and the weak clubs weaker
