From what i have heard, and i have no links to base this
The first year was about 750K and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th was about 800K-850K

From there he will probably want to move home again

I find this weird as the crows look like the form team apart from Hawks and Eagles in the coming years. Why you would want to move out of a team like that i dont know. He has now burnt his bridges at the Crows and SA. Good luck toTippett next time he plays in SA

I don't think it was just about the team, as you said adelaide was highly ranked. Or about the money, the offers were apparently very similar.

He wanted to get out of adelaide, and go where he has family. I don't understand why people won't just lay off him :P
