No one has mentioned Bryce Gibbs, Shaun Burgoyne, Jared Petrenko...?

of that list?

Here is my take on it

Brendan Goddard                 DEF/MID/FWD       (the ultimate triple threat)
Clancee Pearce                    MID/FWD
Heath Shaw                          DEF
Shaun Higgins                      MID/FWD              (haven't watched much dogs game this year though)
Brett Deledio                        DEF/MID               (can kick goals but doesn't play as a forward)
Adam Treloar                       MID/FWD              (never seen him play in defence)
Jimmy Bartel                        DEF/MID/FWD
Danny Stanley                      MID/FWD
Greg Broughton                    DEF                       (can't make him MID cos he hardly ever plays there ::) ... could be traded too)
Lewis Roberts-Thomson       DEF/RUC/FWD       ("it's a different LRT!!!")
Jarryd Roughead                  RUC/FWD
Jordan Roughead                 FWD                      (he's shower)
Daniel Merrett                      DEF/RUC/FWD
Stanley would have to be either DEF/MID or DEF/FWD....played a lot off half-back this year :P

i think ROK is more of a threat as the first TPP than Goddard. Dont see Goddard playing much in the forward line

Broughton could honestly be one after the year he has had.

Gibbs has the potential to be one but based on last year's stats he will be a def/mid at best.

I`m leaning towards Clancee being a FWD/DEF next season.

If Supercoach was to introduce a TPP category, which players would be a chance?

I'd say:

Brendan Goddard
Clancee Pearce
Heath Shaw
Shaun Higgins
Brett Deledio
Adam Treloar
Jimmy Bartel
Danny Stanley
Greg Broughton

LRT
Jarryd Roughead
Jordan Roughead
Daniel Merrett

Any others?
of that list i reckon:

Brendan Goddard- DEF/MID/FOR
Clancee Pearce- MID/FOR (don't think he ever plays defence).
Heath Shaw- DEF (really only plays defence)
Shaun Higgins- DEF/MID/FOR
Brett Deledio- MID (only really played mid this year)
Adam Treloar- MID/FOR (don't think plays defence but might)
Jimmy Bartel- MID (he never has big periods out of the midfield)
Danny Stanley- DEF/MID/FOR
Greg Broughton- DEF/MID (only played forward a tiny bit)
LRT- FOR/RUC (barely played down back this year)
Jarryd Roughead- RUC/FOR (doesnt play defence)
Jordan Roughead- FOR/RUC (only played a couple down back)
Daniel Merrett- DEF/FOR/RUC

i dont think theres realy that many options for a triple position. most of the players who are in contention mainly played in one of those in a different year or only for a handful of games.

CrowsFan

What about Nicnat? I've seen him running around in the middle and roving taps from Cox. So he should be a ruck/forward/mid ;)

Jroo

Jimmy Bartel???????????????????
I am pretty sure I have never seen him play out of the midfield so how could he possibly be def/mid/fwd  ??? ???

Bones Bombers

Watching a replay of the rd23 saints/blues game and our new man Goddard has played the whole first quarter in the forward line.
Give him the TPP!

Haha, now someone tell me Scott Watters didn't know BJ's intentions at that point :P

Footyrulz

If players like NicNat and bartel would triple position players, then just about every player in the AFL would be at least an DPP. its ridicullous to say that bartel is a dfender when he has played a total of about 1 game in defence.

Yeh he plays like ROK does for the Swans and spends some time as the floating back that gets cheap processions

Justin Bieber

Jordon Lewis could M/F/R lol

And Trent Cotchin? He plays in all positions. Even the Rick haha :P

Justin Bieber

But seriously, Jordon Lewis as ruck.
