So this was a good amazing call by me :D

96, 69 and 121 in the first three for a 95.3 average against pretty hard teams too in North, Carlton and Hawthorn.

Who stuck with him, who traded him in, who plans to trade him in and who still doesn't like him?

I traded him in after round 1 and am loving it #TeamCloke

I started with NRoo, he pumps out an 82 in round 1 and I traded him to Cloke (who was coming off a 96). I then traded Cloke to Leuenberger last week and now Cloke smashes out a 121. ::)

Hearing about those trades made me nauseate.

Haha how do you think I feel!? NRoo carries on with 106 & 99 and Clokey looks set to go back to 2011 form. ::)

The only reason I traded NRoo in the first place was because I never wanted him in my side long term and was always planning on sideways trading him to Pav when he regains full fitness.

I ended up trading him to Cloke after round 1 because Cloke was coming off a 96 and I thought he'd rise in price quicker than NRoo (and thus, give me more cash to get in the Pav). After he scored 69, I remembered how frustrating and inconsistent he can be and got rid of him for the Berger (freeing up 278k in total to upgrade Patton to Pav).

After his 121 though and NRoo's great start, I should really have kept one of them. :-[

This is what happens when your given too many trades and stop thinking about them properly. The NRoo trade is hardest to fathom

Sigh, the best player I could afford after going -Zorko is Cloke..... because I also lost $50k or whatever it is to go -Kruezer +Goldy.

Do it. I'm confident Clokey will maintain a 90+ average, and Zorko is haemorrhaging money.

Windigo

Clokey, just admit that the contract talks ruined your season last year!  ::)

Kruezer to Leuey instead?

Another superb performance by Clokey. 17 kicks, 14 marks, 7 goals and 147 dt points.

Up to an average of about 108, hits approx 450k and has a negative BE for next week.

How's it your call if you weren't confident enough to start with him? You waited to see how he would start like everyone else and jumped on like a sheep.

I started with him, coz Jukes talked him up and i listened. :D Couldn't be happier.

Your bromance with Jukes is borderline creepy.

Good call for jumping on after round 1, i'll give you that but not sure you would have done it after round 2.

I may have interpreted this wrong (I apologize). What I meant was you talked him up all pre season but didn't start with him and was hoping you weren't taking credit for his good start.

Agreed, shocking, amatuer trading. Had to hold N-Roo until the GWS game in round 3 at least, it's not like he pulled a 40 in round 1.

With Cloke, I was put off him by the new glove guidelines. The glove Cloke wears was deemed illegal for use in the AFL before the start of the season. So I thought it would take him a while to regain his touch and didn't pick him. But what I must have missed is that he's got until round 12 to find a new glove. So for the time being, Trav Cloke has an unfair advantage to the rest of the competition by wearing an illegal glove.

Anyone else see this during AFL Game Day today?

Jukes is under-rated on this forum and harshly dealt with when you consider the offensive and long-winded rants "powersuperkents" regularly posts to this Forum.
