Bones Bombers

Pleaded guilty to assault and may be suspended by Carlton.
Guess we won't be starting with him in our teams!

monstrum

Will probably get more than 1 week i think mate, lookin at 3 from what i was reading. And $5k from the club.

His charges arnt that serious he'll have top lawyers he'll get off pretty easy from the judge, the worste punnishment he'll get is the 3 weeks. (And a possible conviction against his name) which would stop him from being a fireman  ::)

Adamant

Wasnt gonna start with him anyway - upgrade target.

Ricochet

The AFL might force their hand on this one and demand a suspension be issued. Like you i dont
think the Blues would want to but could be forced to.

fidou

Well it may be the usual 3 match suspension and will take in the NAB cup games so he'll be available in Round 1

CARLTON is likely to push for financial penalty rather than suspension for Heath Scotland who pleaded guilty to assault yesterday.

The Blues and the AFL will discuss further penalties, which could mean as much as a $5000 fine, or match suspension.

l'd rekon Mick will be wanting to establish a strong team ethic, so really do think a suspension is very likely

......Swanny got 2 weeks for having a drink, Scotland knocked a guy out cold and pleaded guilty to a serious assault charge

Grazz

I reckon he's looking at least a couple of games.

I'm sure that anyone in the world would help out a brother who was in trouble and Mick would probably give him a 2 week suspension for not helping out. But having said that he should still get something other than a fine as he has been charged in a court room.

Yep exactly, anyone would have done the same thing. He should get a slap on the wrist so the club looks as though they have done something about it but that is all.
