I watched some of the seasons before day 9 started and i agree with Oss.

This season is a lot better than maybe Day 7-8 when they got rid of CTU i feel the show took a massive turn i wasn't a huge fan of Jack really working for the FBI. This however is different its set 3 years after Day 8 so a fair bit of time has passed. It brings in some familiar faces which is nice to see and the storyline is pretty interesting its a shame it only goes for 12 episodes though.

im glad it got a 2nd season. in the 2nd half of the season is where it started to pick up.
