Anybody read the comics and watched the show (any of the options)? How do you find they stack up against each other?

I've read TWD comics up until about issue 100 and it's much better than the show. Plot (didn't drag on in s2 and 3, no stupid things like the sickness) and characters (Andrea is infinite times better, although the Dixon's are a noticeable miss) are clear differences, the tv show is imo a better experience as actors are mostly better than words on a page, but if they did exactly the same stuff as the comics it'd be better.

up to date with the comics. amazing.
they are following the books to a certain level, they just stretch it out over a season or 2.
farm. prison. governor. cannibals . walled-off community ??
great read. even in the books Lori was an annoying C__t

Just finished reading the part in ASoIaF where Meera tells the story of the Knight of the Laughing Tree

Did they ever put that in the show? I don't recall it. I assume the "wolves" were Ned, Brandon, Lyanna, and Benjen, and the crannogman was Howland Reed, and the Dragonknight Rhaegar Targaryen. NFI who the mystery knight was.

Yeah I'm really enjoying them, powered through the 2nd and most of the 3rd (part 1) over the last 2 weeks
