GOLD Coast appears unlikely to recruit Kurt Tippett even if he slips through to the pre-season draft.

The Suns have dismissed the notion of snapping up the defecting Adelaide forward, who wants to become a Swan.

So the Suns dont want him even if he doesnt end up going to the Swans. Could be a win for the Lions

I'd much rather have Tippett. The chance of a young forward turning into a Kozi rather than a Bradshaw (randomly popped into my head) is quite high. At least Tippett has the grounds to know he'll at least provide a consistent challenging contest
