David Swallow

2012 stats:
Games: 12

Position: C

Average: 78

Tons: 2

Grade: 4/10

Swallow in 2013
Price: $415,400(Fan Planner)
Position: C

The #1 draft pick from 2010 had a bit of a frustrating 2012 season only managing to play 12 games which meant he was never really able to gather any momentum or consistency. Swallow has a class written all over him and is all but certain to become a supertsar in the near future. If he can stay injury free in 2013 and the Goldcoast can put together some more competitive performances aand wins it will go a long way to increasing Swallow's average.
I think 2013 will be a mini breakout for Swallow, natural leader, 3rd season, big pre season, improving side, but I still dont see him going to a level that would warrant selection in my Supercoach team personally.

Predicted avg: 90- 95

hmmmm yeah not keen on that price, was hoping he would be a little cheaper with missing so many games this year, definately has the potential to go up to 100+ this year, not by much though

Thankx for the write up to quinny :)

Yeah a bit of an awkward price. I feel as though a mid would need to average close to 110 to justify being a keeper which I dont think hes quite ready to do just yet. No worries

Quality player but I don't like picking mid-pricers in my midfield.

Same here tossing up between Jack Reddan and Marc Murphy for my 4th mid spot.

My current mids are Ablett, Pendles, Cotch, Murph. Dont like having mid-pricers in the mids, but im considering Mundy.

Think a lot of midfields and rucks combos are gonna look the same this year

The nams Gaj, Pendles, Cotchin, Murphy, NicNat and Berger feature in almost everyones lock ins lol

Yes, it's starting to look like Dane Swan will be a "unique".

Ricochet

i thought he would've been cheaper actually
will no doubt be a star in the future but too much of a risk to have him this year

Capper

Those injuries worry me the most. I will have to watch the NAB but i cant see myself getting him

Jroo

Could have a break out season this year. But too risky at $415k
