I think the power has the same problem as saint kilda they need to get rid of those who have been there for years and start a new chapter under who ever coaches them :)

if they merge with  wbd, play their best 22 from the merging, they might be able to make bottom 8 next season...

not top 8, but PROBABLY not 17th/18th...
