Clancee enjoyed a breakout season in 2012 after almost being delisted and shown the door at the end of 2011. Ross Lyon decided that there was a role for him if he was willing to knuckle down and take it, and that he did. He played out his first full season with a very handy average of 91 and if not for a sub affected opening round, a concussion in round 8, followed by a mid season form slump, he could easily have averaged closer to the 100 ppg mark.
Pearce will be 22 at the beggining of the 2013 season so maybe a couple of years away from hitting his prime. He started and finished the year strongly but a slump in the middle of the year in which he only averaged 68 over 7 rounds could raise questions of his consistency. He is clearly a confidence player so if he can get on a role he can pump out some very solid scores. Unlikely he will be a player that is tagged which is a bonus also. I expect him to have a similar average in season 2013 but look for him to be a SC lock for the future once he can bring some consistency to his game

Predicted avg: 95

Thanks man, nice writeup
He was an absolute ball magnet as a junior. I'm strongly considering him this year

Adamant

Definitely considering Clancee as a POD. He is consistent and will be underpriced from his 2 sub-affected games.

I wouldnt say hes overly consitant, he is consistant but can be consitantly bad and does suffer form slumps but if he can cut out those out then hes a lock. Probably wont start with him

Shihan7

Considering him as he would be a great POD, but he needs to improve his consistency.
