Ten years at the club, 30 years of age. Still a couple of years to go for him. Although I know they changed the 2 vets per list rule so it's possible that the age changed as well.

Something interesting I found re: salary cap -

It's increasing by 300-500k every year from now until 2016 to the point where each club will have 10.2 million each (2016.)

Might explain how clubs like C'wood somehow have the cash to chase guys like Tippett.

I would rather Heppell keep the flank roll and put Goddard in the midfield or maybe a a sneaky forward. His got a big mark so will be very handy in the forward line if Hurley is needed in the back line.

The vets list was discussed in another topic and i believe that you no longer have to be 30, you just have to have played 10 years at a club. (a new rule this year)
