Thoughts

With Mick entering the club I'm confident Matthew will be used correctly in 2013. I thought he played forward too much this year, given he is easily the best ruckman at Carlton I was expecting him to have short stints forward in place of bench time, but in the end he was used to try and fix the issue the Blues were having with tall timber up front.

I expect him to get enough minutes in the ruck to rival Maric and Jacobs in 2013, which could see his average shoot up to their level as well.

I know 99% of people have Leu/Nic Nat locked in, but starting Kreuzer could be a POD that sees you shoot ahead should Leu get injured again.

I'm definitely keeping my eye on Matthew, and it should be interesting to see what Mick does with him in the NAB cup.

Verdict

He'll be top 5 ruckman in 2013 by my calculations, and considering how few are likely to pick him he'll come into strong consideration this preseason.

Prediction

108 for Kreuz in '13, and expect him to maintain that consistency as well.

Took a punt on him this year and regretted it. Some say his knee will never be right.  I won't gamble again.

Ricochet

could be a great POD but Nic Nat + Leuy are locked and i wont be changing that

Good write up Sid. No room for Kruez as I will be having NicNat/Goldy + Berger as my ruck combo.

Rowy

Lock for me in 2013. Malthouse will have this man running on all cylinders.

+ 1 Mick will get the best out of Kreuz. But not for me, would rather Goldstein at a similar price

Yeah, Goldy at that price range is a much better option.

Not really. Cotchin is coming into his prime as judd is exiting his. Murphy there only other A grader

Yeh but at the time of the draft they needed a ruckman, and still do. Even now Krueuzer probably has more value over Cotchin

Jf Kreuzer gets DPP, what does that do for him in SC terms?
