Fan Planner question

When I try to go on the Fan Planner page it always asks me to log in (which I already am)
Then when I try to do so it tells me that the coach name or password is wrong when it isnt.
I dont sign out of my account so not sure why it asks me to sign in anyway but why can I then not get on the fan planner page?

Does this happen to anyone else?

You need separate accounts for the main site (which is where fanplanner is) and the forum. Not 100% sure why. That might be your problem though.

What is the url for the main site? It's the site that come up when you click FF symbol in top left corner isn't it?

Should be. If you follow this link that's the sign-up for the main site. If that's not working for you, head over to feedback and ask m0nty. :)

EDIT: As a side note, you can be signed into your forum account and your main account at the same time.

Thanks but it's saying the account already exists(email addy). Surely it's not two completely separate accounts with different email addys is it?

Just successfully created an account with my forum e-mail so can't be that. There doesn't seem to be an account retrieval process with the main site either. Is there an alternative e-mail you can use?

Yeah, it happens to me, i read this and tried to log on with my correct details and it doesnt work   >:(

Now when im trying to log on it is saying that I need to activate my account by the email they sent me.. But there is no email. Happened on my 2 seperate email accounts now. This happen to anyone else?

They usually find their way into your 'Junk' folder.

Alternatively just send it to a temporary email and activate that way.

Nah not there either unfortunately. Haha thanks ill be using that site for a few different things I reckon!
