Luke Brown able to be selected only as a back

Age 20
Drafted: GWS pre selection traded to the Crows  in the Brad Crouch deal (thankyou very much GWS ;))
2012 Games: 3
2012 Average: 28.7, subbed
2013 Price: fanplanner: $147.700

Massively subbed in 2012 but likely to play in 2013

Norwood: playes backline mostly and gets a bit of the footy, not heaps, 12-21 possessions a game. Reads the play well and can stop an opponent, nice skills and has courage, tough and gets hold of the footy.

Note: Luke had 26 disposals and 10 marks in Nowwood's (Senior) Grand final win over West

2013: With Doughty retiring I predict Luke to get early chances in the backline, hope he's not sub affected. might only ave 12-15 possessions a game but should be good enough for scores of 60s even 70s,

Scoring Could range between 50-75
Average Prediction: 62

I am calling it! He will take Doughty's back pocket spot and play 16+ games, will not suprise me to see him star!

Windigo

Is cheap enough if he gets early games.  ;)

mx187

If he gets some early games could be a good little cash cow.
At this stage not im my team but will be watching closely.

Footy_Boiz

If docherty gets games early may pick him instead for the dpp, but we shall see

Spinking

Will keep an eye on him, but is at an awkward price. Could be good value if he will get regular games.

yeh Docherty is ahead of him in my books

tbagrocks

running backs at Adelaide,
Reilly, Smith both play
Martin, Jaensch, Johncock, Otten, Brown

My feeling is he comes in for Doughty but Jaensch and Martin may get games first

lol and cheers tbag  :)

Hagebear

Yeh think he'll struggle to get consistant games. Better to get on a quality rook. ie, a Morris or Bugg who'll get games.

I see this guy is named this week. Likely to take doughty's role?

He'd be the best defender for the role, good one on one, good skills too ;D

Love how I called this months ago ;)

i would say you have just broken even then, seeing as you had Crouch a sure thing  ;)

Ricochet

Personally i'm running with Pittard, Goodes and Terlich over him
But he is still a solid pick
