Even if he is named as a forward, there's no guarantee that's where he'll play.  He could turn up in a back pocket or playing as a tagger.  Reputations don't stand for much in Ross Lyon coached teams.  I'll be treading warily, not only with Fyfe but all Docker players.

Lock for me if a FWD, but highly likely he will be a pure MID  :(

Lol Lyon is unpredictable but hes not stupid. Hes not going to waste a player like fyfe in a back pocket or playing as a tagger. Hes a lock next year for me if he has a good pre season

exactly. he'll still play midfield

I doubt that he will get DPP, but if he does, he is a lock.

If he is a mid/fwd then he is a lock, but if not then I would probably just pass

Yeah, there are way better options in the mids.

Torress

mundy will be popular if he has a solid pre season as well - i think i'd go for mundy over fyfe as a mid only option

but yea if he gets DPP i'm just about locking him in.

Bahahahaha - Fyfe will not, and I repeat - WILL NOT - be in the back pocket or as a tagger.

The only thing stopping me is

A. His size, can he stand up to the constant midfield slaughter and play most games

B. His body, if he proves he can match it with the big bodies will his own body stay sound enough

check A and B and he's a lockity lock lock

Apart from the benefit of dpp is his price/average %. He's one of the best locks of 2013 if he get's through a reasonable preseason.
