I will take probably the greatest keeper batsman to ever play the game.

Kumar Sangakarra
Gilchrist mate. Sanga may have average more but 1/3 less catches then Gilly in 50 more matches! Gilly also has double the stumpings.
Gilly kept to Shane Warne and MacGill. Kind of explains the stumpings. :)
Sanga had Murali and other seamers for the catches, He was bound to have opportunities, just couldn't take them.

Or he played most of his cricket on the sub continent where the ball keeps low and you don't get as many dismissals behind the wicket like you would in Australia/eng/SA.

Having said that Id still rather gilly everyday of the week.

With Sangakarra we've got one of the modern world class batsman as well as arguably one of the top 10 wicket keepers of all time

That being said neither of them are the best keeper in my opinion. :)

Not so thick as to name undrafted players Torp. ;)

Scrads

Sangakarra also might have a lot less catches because there was a period of time where he didn't keep and played as a specialist batsman.

Well then I will take the best fast bowler of all time in Glen McGrath.

You know I had Akram all lined up for that pick. I was so happy he had slipped down to me. But then you had to pick him.......

Haha, sorry mate!  Drafts can be brutal like that.  I'm sure it will happen to me at some stage.
