The fact that this team still cant make it into the top 8 is completely beyond me.

Put simply, heads need to be put on the chopping block if the team hasnt improved significantly in 2013 with the comparative talent they have

We just need some more depth. With Chaplin and Knights coming in that should help and Grimes, Griffiths, Conca, Ellis will all have another pre season under there belt and continue to improve

Usually best 22 for a finals side will have played an average of 100 games per player and from what I understand our 22 the average games played is 75, so hopefully with a years more experience put together with a bit more depth nothing should stop us from making finals next year.

do u guys realize that Richmond beat both Grand Final Sides, i'm don't think any other team has beaten both sides this year..
