What if: We get an assistant to CW for trading to take the pressure off him a little bit

1. We ask a senior from the Worlds/Euros

2. we nominate and then the 16 coaches vote ?

so CW will have someone to confurr trades with!

We voted against this, for good reason, trades sit for weeks in other competitions waiting for committees to pass them, discuss them vote on them.

Then you cant make other trades while you wait to see if the players you would trade ( or picks) are available or not.

I don't mind the pressure, it is a responsibility and as i laid out in my short story above i will allow an appeal process, and there are people i can trust and go as far as having post their view on the trades if it comes to a serious appeal of a decision in the future.

But lets leave the need for a committee or a vote for the EXTREME UNEVEN TRADES THAT ARE GENUINELY APPEALED.

As for the trade Whatlez complained about, he has a right to but better do it through a PM to me appealing it in future.

Outbursts and criticisms of trades, just spawn negativity and turn people off the process, it causes insult and offense to the people trading and is antisocial behavior.

If there is a naughty corner in AXVs Whatlez is sitting in it.  >:(

Everyone is entitled to their opinion but if you want to criticize or comment on a trade extremely negatively just DON'T

If you want to APPEAL a trade - PM me.

Nails You are now in the naughty corner opposite the naughty corner Whatlez is in, and don't face each other !   :P

Eskimos give: Priddis, Hartlett and Rookie pick Round 5
Lambs Give: Rhys Palmer, Talyor Hunt, NAT draft pick 6

pickers to confirm.

DENIED. Needs Palmer or Taylor to be upgraded to get through.

It isn't far off guys, Full detail on analysis on the front trades list. Almost snuck through with a slight improvement on the Palmer side or a slight downgrade on the Priddis side it would pass.

As I said details on the list thread.

you agree on PM but now you dont? :o
Yeah good call tbag. But that's dog to Jay.
By posting here, it gives us a chance to at least see what Colli's thoughts are, then we can go from there :)

I was "lol'ing" at CW's response to the naughty corner  ;D

as the trade, I thought we had to have confirmation from CW before we posted here? I am not sure what to do, I doubt the trade will accepted just because I want a few mid picks!

I thought we posted here, then Colli gives us a yay or a nay and why :) I understand it may not be accepted but it gives us something to work on depending on Colli's thoughts...remember you offered it to me ::)

DENIED. Trade is detrimental to the Llamas short term hopes of success.

Trade was even guys and well done there, but The Llamas defense is weakened by the trade and it is not in a position to be further weakened. While the Llamas boast high hopes and much promise for the future they are not going to be allowed to write off any hopes of PRESENT success. Which this trade does.

I am willing to trade my oldest players:

Michael Barlow at 24 years - 9 month.
Travis boak 24 years - 2 months
Scott Gumbleton 24 years - 2 months
Lachlan Hansen 24 years - 1 month
Stewart Crameri 24 years - 1 month
Jarryn Geary 24 years - 3 months*

My only other 24 year old is Goldstein, but he like our MVP, so he won't be leaving the Elephants.

If you interested in any of these players for a player at about equal playing ability, but a few younger than more than welcome to PM me ;)

If we ( that's my new bestie 14Brummy and I) be interested, what sweetener did you have in mind for the extra youth you are asking for?

If none, then why would anyone trade old like for young like?

I am not looking to trade. I am happy with my squad.

Will Cw recons it isn't that even and he hasn't even put into prospective that Taylor Hunt will be a midfielder and he is a massive spud.
