The John McCarthy Memorial Match

In round 1 every year of the British 15s i have chosen to have a match called The John McCarthy Memorial Match, which will be in memory of the late John McCarthy.

The best player of the match will be awarded with the John McCarthy Medal.

This match will be played against Colliwobblers and Noz's teams (Winchester Werewolves & Oxford Owls). I found these two to be the most fitting as they are both supporters of John's former clubs in Collingwood and Port Adelaide.

Being the Previous club of the Late John McCarthy we will take great pride in this most sombre yet important clash in honor of a great guy and a tragic loss.
