Opinion
Cam Pedersen is a real smokie at this stage, I hadn't even considered him until I saw his price on Fan Planner...a player of his quality for under 200k caught my attention. He had a good debut season in 2011, averaging almost 85 and being in most teams, but was unlucky this year. He wasn't out of the side due to injury though, that's the part that worries me. He was consistently playing really well for Werribee in the VFL and always getting in the best players, but just couldn't break through to the AFL due to North's lack of injuries and our three pronged forward line (Petrie, Tarrant, Hansen) working so well. Brad Scott consistently said in press conferences that he should be playing AFL footy, he just couldn't squeeze him into the team with everything clicking for North. The handy thing about Pedo is that he can play key forward, key defender or even in the ruck (who remembers his first game when he went solo and matched Cox?)

2013 Vedict
At the moment he's one to watch, as when he's in the team he can average very well for someone of that price. Will be watching the NAB Cup with interest.

AFEV

Nope, with his job security he'll become a liability.

Boomz

Might not even be on a list next year let alone in my team.

If I was North I would be playing him ahead of Hansen and Tarrant.

Pass though, awkward price and poor JS

Worth a look if he goes to Melbourne
Or Collingwood.

Yeah, if the season went for a couple more weeks this would have happened but it was hard to break up the Petrie, Tarrant, Hansen combo when it was working so well. Brad Scott said all along that he judged them as a unit, not individually and they were frequently getting 8+ goals between them.

Yep Collingwood and Melbourne seem to be the leading players at the moment.

Phasir

you'd have to consider getting him along with Staker for DPP if he gets a trade into a team like melbourne

Capper

only worth a look if he find another team, but still if he cant start for the Roos who can he start with

There losing a lot of players as well. Cook, Gysberts, Jurrah and Rivers all look like leaving

Pedersen won't be going to Collingwood if Quinten Lynch does, so he might go to the dees
