Probably wouldn't hurt if he trimmed down a little to help cope with the pace of games but for a first up effort it was pretty good.

Crouch, Laird and Lyons combined for 69 disposals which was encouraging.

Didn't see crows game, was working but Hartigans stats looked alright.

Saw 3 quarters from Grundy and he's a gun! Gets around the field, picks it up off the ground, lays tackles, if only I started him over Nicholls  :'(

Scharenberg quiet for bays again with only 5 kicks, 2 marks and 9 handballs however Aishwarya was named 4th best for redlegs with 14 kicks, 7 marks and 8 handballs.

Ellis yoleman had 20 touches and 8 marks, wasn't named in best though, still keen to see him get a game for Crows.

I couldn't comment on the SANFL without mentioning me champ Mat Suckling. 3rd best with 12 kicks, 2 marks and 16 handballs. The next mickey Barlow?

Price will turn many off, especially since Hogan will be available cheap in the forwards.

I'd be surprised if there weren't other options too that had a similar scoring potential but lower price.
