I'm seriously pissed about that. He has three very good games then gets vested and used as a scapegoat for Collingwood's showerhouse performance. He's due to go back on the rookie list in a few games so it's probably worth taking the money and moving on.

My thoughts exactly! Such a poor move by the Pies but, with Beams on his way back, I think he's done.

Murdoch, Lamb, Sumner?

Leaning towards Sumner despite a few price rises.

That's a tough one. Murdoch had a 96 last time out at VFL level but we haven't had much like with St Kilda rookies in DT this year. Sumner probably has the best JS and his scores have been gradually improving, probably only has 60k-70k to add before he tops out though. I'd say Lamb has the most reward attached but it's a lottery as to if he'll get multiple games without the vest.

Frankly all three should be avoided unless you're really desperate for money or you're happy for them to just sit at F8 and possibly not do much.

It provides a very good guide as to the playing rookies who will feature next season. From last years batch 11/22 have played senior footy in 2013, 6 were underage and ineligible , Grundy/McDonough/Garner/O'Rourke aren't too far off and Garlett was overlooked.

Billings, Aish and Scharenberg are now dual All Australians.
