"Fremantle youngster Viv Michie continues to force his name in front of Dockers' selectors after being named best for Peel Thunder in their dominant win against Perth."

"Michie, who is yet to debut for Fremantle, gathered 30 touches, seven inside 50s and six tackles, continuing his brilliant patch of form at WAFL level."

Unfortunately there is probably only one spot up for grabs and Crozier, Taberner, Silvagni, Michie etc are all fighting for it. Team and Oppo structure will also decide that spot. The other 21 are pretty much locked in

What can you tell me about Mitch Clisby? 24 touches on debut and Melbourne need to get games into young and new players.

Got an early start tomorrow and need to go to bed but the short answer is I think he's good enough to stick around.

Awesome. Will be a Thurlow or Terlich downgrade for round 15 then :)

Hey guys, just reporting something I heard along the grapevine. My gf lives in Glenelg and know the parents of some Glenelg players. My gf's mum ran into Matt McDonough's mum the other day. Apparently he was going to play vs WC but injured himself at training that week, but he has been guaranteed at least one game before the end of the season so take that as you will :)

Matty McDonough is a gun!!

I think he'd be very unlucky not to play a game this season, by all reports has been impressive for Coburg all season and with Chris Knights going down and Robin Nahas falling out of favour you would think his chances of a debut have only increased. Proven fantasy scorer (having been the second highest scorer at last year's U18 Champs), if he can string some games together I think he would be a good get. The only thing that might hamper him is the vest, seems like a good candidate for it. :-\
