I just don't think he's a certainty to average 90+, that's why I've gone with Cox at the moment, I might even switch him to Maric/Sandi - because we all know those 3 will no doubt average between 95-105

wouldnt be suprised at all to see goldy beat maric and cox.

I would be, he has the potential to theoretically....but realistically that is a huge effort. THink Maric, Cox and Sandi will be the top 3 rucks this year (in averages) and Goldy will come in a close 4th behind those 3.

tbagrocks

I'm a little tempted by the little big cheaper McEvoy, ave 90+ and good pod

Me too Tbag, ive dropped Goldy and tossing up between Mcevoy and and the big sauce now :-\

Adamant

I had McEvoy in the back end of 2012, he was great for me. Extremely consistent.

Not sure how Tom Hickey will affect him though, which is why I have Sandi at this point.

I had Jacobs last yr and whilst everyone was having issues with there rucks he was extremely reliable for me and didnt make one ruck trade, so have a soft spot for the big fella now haha

Roughy is an interesting one, I'll have more of a look into him as having Cox as a fwd or a spud ruck/fwd on bench to swap with him could be very handy. Wont be going near Sandi though to much value compared to him from these other guys imo

essendon2

anyone else worried that Goldy has a Round 11 bye, along with Leuenberger?

If the guys on the bench are playing it doesn't matter

Setanta O'Hailpin is actually Fwd/Ruc this year so if he's fit, get him as your spud. He is cheap as chips too.

Currie and Gawn/Rowe/Grundy
... doing either will by round 11, especially since Currie is also round 11

you just get the scores from your best 18 in the MBRs so in fact having both out that round is good as most guns are out r12 and r13

you should aim for 10 out each round so thats not too bad. You will have more out round 13 probably.

loaded the Round 12/13 rooks as they'll be easier to upgrade - Jaksch, Growden, Van Unen, Terlich, Viney, Crouch, O'Meara and Lee

Boyd, Bartel, Franklin, Waters, Cox and Redden all looking like super upgrade options!
